Vision

The Medicine Business Office (BSO) positively supports faculty and the management of the financial and operational position of the Department, providing key tools, analytics, and reporting services, through technological and procedural innovation and collaboration.

• Support faculty and staff business and operational needs with advisory services and transparent, actionable, information
• Safeguard faculty, staff, and University resources, through internal controls and documentation
• Enable operational efficiencies through data-driven decision-making by providing a framework for analysis of disparate data sources
• Collect, store, validate, and share financial and operational data to enable business understanding for timely decision-making
