To provide leadership, build trust, and develop and disseminate resources, to facilitate shared responsibility for creating and sustaining a just, equitable, diverse, and inclusive community in which faculty, staff, trainees, and patients can thrive.

OUR VISION

To be a community that reflects and serves all, inclusive of people of diverse age, race, ethnicity, language, spiritual practice, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, socioeconomic status, and mental and physical health status. Our people, our policies, and our practices will promote equity and serve as a model for inclusive excellence.
